  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Please inspect products upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if items are damaged or incorrect.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason (per Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.
