🔄 RETURNS POLICY

If your order is incorrect or faulty

Please contact our support team here with your order number and photos/videos of the item(s). We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original, resalable condition

  • In original packaging, including all accessories and inserts

Upon inspection and approval, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding return shipping).

  2. Once approved, we will provide a return address.

  3. Package the item securely and include your order number in the parcel.

  4. Ship using a tracked and insured delivery service.


✅ RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All returned items must be unused and sealed for hygiene reasons.

  • Returns must be pre-approved; unapproved returns may not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We cannot accept returns for replacement units.

  • Dentyra is not responsible for return items lost or damaged during transit.
